Starting in 1997 with the McMurray, Pennsylvania, location, the Leaf & Bean name has become internationally recognized as a leader in cigar and coffee retail, entertainment, and hospitality. Expanding in 2004 with the Strip District location, then the first private club, located in Washington, Pennsylvania, in 2013.

The newest additions include two private clubs located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and in Longboat Key, Florida.
